We ship from East Flanders, Belgium, to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Belgium: € 3.99 · Netherlands: € 5.99

Free shipping from € 34.95, in both countries.

WHEN DOES YOUR ORDER LEAVE

We ship your order within 1 to 2 working days. After that, delivery is in the carrier's hands: count on 3 to 5 working days in Belgium and 4 to 8 working days in the Netherlands, counted from your order. As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an email with a tracking code.

WRONG ADDRESS

Check your address carefully before ordering. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we send it again as soon as you give us the correct address. The second shipment is charged at cost.

DAMAGED OR NOT DELIVERED

If your parcel arrived damaged, send us a photo at info@menofmercury.be. We send you a new one or refund you — your choice.

If your parcel hasn't arrived while the tracking code says it was delivered, contact us within seven days. We'll look into it together with the carrier.
