Shipping policy
We ship from East Flanders, Belgium. Currently, we only ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping. Our shipments are handled exclusively by Bpost.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping to Belgium: €5.99. Shipping to the Netherlands: €9.99. Free shipping for orders over €50.
Shipping Time:
Expected delivery time to Belgium: 3-5 business days. Expected delivery time to the Netherlands: 4-8 business days.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of placement.
Track & Trace:
All shipments come with tracking information. Customers will receive a tracking code via email to track their order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We ship to any address provided by the customer.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands with a shipping cost of €9.99 for orders under €50. Orders over €50 receive free shipping.
Lost and Damaged Packages:
Lost Packages: If a package is lost, it must be proven via the tracking information that it did not reach the location. Upon verification, we will either refund the order or send a new shipment. This process may take several business days. Damaged Packages: Customers must send a photo of the damaged package within 24 hours of receipt, along with a detailed explanation. We will review the claim critically, and if approved, we will either refund the order amount or send a new shipment as per the customer's preference. This process may take several business days.
Return Policy:
Customers must return products via post. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; we do not finance return shipments.
Import Duties and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes on international shipments.
Delays and Exceptions:
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, weather conditions, or pandemics. We do not ship to locations outside Belgium and the Netherlands.
