Doesn't fit, or not what you hoped? We'll sort it out.

30 DAYS TO DECIDE — EVEN IF YOU'VE WORN IT

You have 30 days after delivery to return or exchange your order. With us, a bracelet doesn't have to be unworn: feel free to wear it for a few days. If you only then notice the size isn't right, that's no problem.

WRONG SIZE? ONE FREE EXCHANGE

If you chose the wrong size, we exchange it once free of charge. We pay the shipping of the new bracelet. Email us at info@menofmercury.be with your order number and the size you need.

REFUND

If you'd rather have your money back instead of an exchange, that's possible within the same 30 days. Send the item back to the address we give you. You pay the return shipping yourself, unless the item was damaged or wrongly delivered — then we cover those costs.

As soon as your parcel reaches us, we refund within seven working days via the same payment method. The shipping costs of your original order are refunded when you return the complete order.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer in the European Union you always have 14 days to change your mind without giving a reason, in accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Our 30 days come on top of that and do not limit that right. Items bought at a discount can also be returned.

EXCEPTIONS

Gift cards are not refunded. For the watch on pre-order, the same 30 days apply, counted from the day you receive it, not from your order date.

SOMETHING BREAKS WITHIN A YEAR

If the elastic breaks or a stone comes loose within a year of purchase, send us a photo. We repair it or replace the bracelet. This is separate from your statutory two-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

Email info@menofmercury.be with your order number and what you'd like: an exchange or a refund. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
