What bracelet size do I need?
Measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape and add 1 to 2 cm for a comfortable fit.
17 cm = S · 19 cm = M · 20 cm = L · 21 cm = XL. Most men wear 19 or 20 cm.
Torn between two sizes? Take the larger one, or send us a message — we're happy to advise you personally. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it once free of charge.
What material are your bracelets made of?
Our bracelets are made of authentic natural stone — such as lava stone, tiger eye and leopard skin jasper — combined with durable stainless steel elements. Every stone is centuries old, formed under pressure, and we only accept the highest selection grades.
How do you test the quality of the bracelets?
Every bracelet goes through a strict quality control process. We test the elastic for stretch by extending it several times to an opening of 10 cm. Thanks to our high-grade elastic and at least two solid knots, the bracelet stays strong and durable.
Can my bracelet break?
Honest answer: elastic has a limit. We build our bracelets so that limit is far away.
Before a bracelet leaves our door, we stretch the elastic three times to an opening of 12 cm. If it doesn't hold, it doesn't go to you. And we tie three knots instead of one — so the knot won't come loose, even after months of wear.
What we can't prevent is wear and tear. If you pull it forcefully over your hand every day instead of sliding it on gently, the elastic will stretch over time.
Does it break within a year of your purchase? Email us at info@menofmercury.be with a photo and your order number. If it turns out to be a defect and not overloading, we'll replace it free of charge under our warranty.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Avoid contact with water and chemicals such as perfume and cleaning products, store your bracelet in a dry place (preferably in its box or pouch) and polish it now and then with a soft cloth to keep its shine. Slide it gently over your hand instead of stretching it — that considerably extends the life of the elastic.
Can I shower or swim with my bracelet?
Although our bracelets are durable, we recommend taking them off when showering or swimming. Water and chemicals can affect the stones and metal elements over time — that way your bracelet stays beautiful for longer.
Are the bracelets adjustable?
Our bead bracelets are strung on elastic and give a little, but they are not adjustable — so choose the right size. The metal bracelets (Apollo, Atlas, Mercury) are open and can be gently bent to fit.
How long does shipping take?
Order before 2 pm on a weekday and your parcel leaves Hamme the same day. Delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days in Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping is free from €34.95.
Can I return or exchange my bracelet?
Yes, you have 30 days to decide after receiving it, even if you've tried it on. Picked the wrong size? We'll exchange it once free of charge. Contact our customer service for exchange or return instructions.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer both digital and physical gift cards — perfect as a present. You choose an amount and the card is sent by email or post.
Can I order a personalised bracelet?
We don't offer personalised engravings just yet, but we're working on making this service available soon.
