That's not a slogan we came up with at a meeting table. It's what we hear again and again from the men who buy from us: they want to wear something, but nothing that shouts. Something that stands out to whoever is close enough, and otherwise just does its job.
Where it comes from
Our natural stone comes from South Africa, Brazil, Mexico and Iran. Formed under pressure, somewhere far away, with a history older than ours. No dyed glass, no imitation — genuine stone, selected for colour, pattern and hardness. That's why no bracelet looks exactly like the previous one: the veins and flecks of your stone exist only once.
The gold-plated and silver pieces travel the same road. We set the requirements, we inspect, and what doesn't make the cut doesn't enter the collection. Most of what we're offered doesn't make it.

We string the stone bracelets by hand, here in Hamme. No factory, no mass production on the other side of the world. And we don't do it alone: we work together with social enterprises from our region — places where people work for whom the regular job market isn't a given.

The brand mark
Mercury: the Roman god of trade and travel. Hence the name, and hence the mark.
On the stone bracelets it sits as an eight millimetre block between the beads — exactly as wide as a bead, so it never sticks out. A bigger brand mark would shout; this one doesn't. On the gold and silver pieces the same mark is engraved.

Not right after all? Then we exchange it free of charge. Thirty days to decide, even if you've worn it. If something breaks in the first year, we repair it.

A Belgian brand for men that can compete internationally without losing the place where it began. That means growing without giving away the things that make it worthwhile: the hand, the region, and the people we work with.
